    Alignment steps of the coupling's three-point table method

    【1】Fix the magnetic fixing seat, measuring rod and dial indicator on the couplings of the fixed end and the movable end respectively;

    [2] Rotate the axis to the 1 o'clock position, and clear the two-thousand-meter indicator respectively;

    [3] Turn the axis to the 2 o'clock position and read out the data;

    [4] Turn the axis to the 3 o'clock position and read out the data;

    [5] Calculate separately;

    [6] Loosen the front and rear bolts of the motor, put thick gaskets on the front and rear of the motor, move the motor, try to make the two couplings close, and then tighten the front and rear bolts of the motor, at 1 o'clock Clear the two dial indicator, read the data at the 2nd and 3rd points, compare with the set allowable error value, if the accuracy requirement is not met, repeat the above steps 2-6;

    [7] After reaching, loosen the front and rear bolts of the motor slightly, keep the dial indicator at 3 o'clock, tap the front and rear feet of the movable end, and the middle of the movable end with a copper rod, and perform horizontal alignment until , Within the allowable error range;

    [8] After reaching, tighten the front and back bolts of the movable end, and the alignment is complete.

    The alignment of the coupling is divided into four steps.Now let's talk more carefully.

    [1] Alignment of coupling principle

    The projection of the circle of the movable end face of the motor on the end face of the fixed end is approximately regarded as a perfect circle, because the distance from the center of the movable end to the end face of the fixed end is unchanged.If you want to achieve it at the same time, the axis of the movable end and the axis of the fixed end are on the same line, which is just an ideal alignment state.In actual alignment, set the allowable error first, and when the error generated during alignment is within the allowable error range, alignment ends.In many occasions, the lower detection point of the pump cannot be detected, and the alignment work cannot be performed.

    [2] Coupling axial alignment

    Alignment in the horizontal direction does not need to calculate the amount of front and rear feet of the movable end, clear the axial and radial dial gauges at 1 o'clock, read the readings of the axial and radial dial gauges at 3 o'clock, and tap with a copper rod The movable end can adjust the axis.Observe the reading of the axial dial gauge first, tap the front and rear feet of the movable end with a copper rod, and adjust the axial reading at 3 o'clock to half of the original.Observe the reading of the radial dial gauge again, tap the middle of the movable end with a copper rod, and adjust the radial reading at 3 o'clock to half of the original.This requires repeated adjustments.The adjustment result should make the sum within the allowable error range.

    [3] Coupling radial alignment

    When the coupling is aligned, it should be adjusted in the vertical direction.The thickness of the front and rear foot pads can be calculated from the three-point detection data, and the offset of the two shafts can be detected.The diameter of the outer edge of the movable end coupling plus the distance from the outer edge of the coupling to the center of the axial dial gauge rod hole; the distance from the end face of the movable end coupling to the center of the front foot bolt of the movable end; the front of the movable end, The distance between the center of the rear foot bolt.From the above data, the thickness of the front and rear foot pads can be known.If the motor is higher than the fixed end, shim should be reduced; if the motor is lower than the fixed end, shim should be added.

    After adjusting the vertical direction, the detection data of each point has changed, it should be reset at the 1 point position, and the data of 2 and 3 points should be measured again.After adjustment, just check whether the sum is within the allowable error range.

    The plum blossom coupling is a commonly used coupling. As a mechanical linkage tool, it brings a lot of convenience to the work in use, and the speed of the coupling is also a decisive factor in use.The speed range of the coupling is also determined by different materials, so there are many factors that affect the speed of the coupling.It is characterized by simple structure, no lubrication, high temperature resistance, convenient installation, easy replacement, high performance, and large transmission torque.In addition, the shaft diameter of the main and driven ends should be smaller than the large radial size of this specification, the tripping speed of the coupling (tripping speed) should be less than the allowable speed of this specification, and the axial size should meet the requirements of the pump layout.When the torque and speed are the same but the main and driven end journals are different, the coupling model should be selected according to the large shaft diameter.For couplings used in different conditions, influencing factors such as the centrifugal force of the outer circle of the coupling and the deformation of the elastic elements should be considered, and should be dynamically balanced.Non-metallic elastic element elastic couplings should not be used, because the deformation of elastic elements is sometimes formed. Flexible couplings should be selected. The couplings used are nothing more than diaphragm couplings and drum gear couplings. Device.

    【1】Bolt for device: Insert the bolt from the outside of the small hole of the flange, pass it through the outside of the large hole of the other flange, put on the buffer sleeve, elastic washer, twist the nut, and tighten the nut with a wrench.If the device is unsuitable or dismantled and replaced, without damaging the shaft and half coupling, it is better to rotate freely after the installation.

    [2] In order to facilitate the installation, it is better to put the two half couplings in a 120-150 incubator or oil tank for preheating in advance, so that the size of the inner hole is enlarged and it is easy to install.After the device, the shaft head cannot protrude from the end surface of the half coupling, and it is better to be flush.Detect the distance between the two halves of the coupling: take the average of the 3--4 readings measured along the two inner sides of the flange of the half-coupling, and the sum of the measured dimensions of the extension and the two diaphragm groups. The error is controlled within the range of 0-0.4mm.
